I attended today and was met by a friendly receptionist. I then had a check up with the dentist who was very professional and friendly. I felt listened to and advice was given.

The new premises are very modern and the practice now has sufficient parking for patients. Check in was very easy and swift with friendly and professional reception staff. The appointment was on time with now waiting. Hygienist was very professional, referring and checking with previous examinations, and the check and cleaning was done efficiently while being very courteous and professional.

I went for my appointment last Monday and my experience was hearefic and ohwful dentist svetlana pull my teeth without getting it num she just give me the injection and did the exray and pull my teeth I just saying to her I can feel my teeth it's not num yet but still she pull my teeth she treats me like an animal my body was shaking when she pull my teeth but still she didn't say me sorry and no explanation after care she is so rude she don't know how to treats her client not going back any more with I had my another 6 teeth bin taking out before I never had that experience with anybody but this time with svetlana was horrible horrible horrible I am Very upset with my experience

Really lovely dentist and nurse. Reception staff also very friendly and helpful. Practise is lovely and clean. Everyone very professional.

Everyone was very helpful, friendly and efficient. I had to telephone before to check where I was going as the practice had moved since my last visit, the call was answered promptly and the lady was very helpful. I also had a query around the payment and the person was able to swiftly deal with that too. The dentist also gave good advice to my son and I to help prevent issues arising.

The receptionists were very friendly. The only negative was having to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time

A different dentist but was very nice, polite and informative. Suggested an alternative which I will look into, there was no pressure just friendly advice.

Phoned up for my daughter (6) who came out of school with her face twice the size. Despite being told they have no appts the lady on the phone said she would not be left unchecked so just to turn up and they would see her. We arrived and were seen and had a prescription within 5 mins of being there. Really appreciated this as my daughter was in a lot of pain. Thank you all

My dentist is very good, very competent. Has good communication skills. Makes on feel at ease. Staff at reception very nice as are the nurses. Waiting times are very much an issue though.
