Met my new dentist. Very happy with experience. Given clear, concise advice on cleaning routine and use of 5000 ppm fluoride toothpaste. After years of using this preparation it was helpful to know of new research conclusions on its use.

Upon entering, I was met by extremely friendly helpful reception staff. My appointment was 1140 and it was bang on time when I was called in. The Hygienist and Assistant Dental Nurse were both very friendly and immediately put me at ease. The Hygienist explained everything that was going to happen and the nurse was great, checking I was OK throughout my treatment. Although uncomfortable at times, I was not made to feel I was being rushed at any time. Although I'm still not a lover of visiting the dentist (who is ??), this practice does make you feel at ease. Thankyou all.

I had a crown put back in. I told the dentist that it didn’t feel comfortable and hurt when I bit down to be told I have to get use to it as it was wobbly before. Had a bad nights sleep as in pain and nearly 24hrs later I still can’t eat as it is too painful.

Receptionists were polite and professional. I was seen by the dentist on time. Treatment plan was started and a new appointment made. A good experience even though I don't like dentists.

My son had to have a filing and extraction. The dentist was lovely. Very patient as my son is only young and got scared at times.
