The dental appointment was excellent. The dentist was reassuring and explained all my options very clearly. I was very impressed and having not been to the dentist for some time, I was a little anxious about going and very relieved when it all went so smoothly.

As I am very nervous about going to the dentist I found them very understanding and helpful. The dentist explained about my teeth and I was happy with the treatment.

I had a dental problem which resulted in blood in my mouth when cleaning my teeth. The dentist identified I had a gum infection and prescribed a course of antibiotics to treat it. The dentist listened to my description of what had brought me to the appointment, inspected my mouth and confirmed her diagnosis all in a professional and polite way.

Thorough check up, all staff were pleasant and helpful. My appointment was on time and the surgery was clean and tidy. I’m not keen on going to the dentist but this was my first appointment at this clinic and it was all positive

I am probably the worse patient who hates dentists and needles. However attempting a filling the dentist and dental nurse were amazingly calm, helpful, friendly and really tried to put me at ease and made me feel like I wasn’t being annoying which I expect I was.

My dentist was very informative and explained everything clearly as did his colleague. The receptionist was friendly and courteous, 10 out of 10 from me today

I get bad anxiety when I have to go to the Dentist after a previous bad experience at another practice a few years. I telephoned the receptionist to let them know this & she couldn’t have been any nicer to me. When I checked in I waited outside in my car as I simply cannot sit in a waiting room as my anxiety spikes & I just want to leave. The receptionist came out to collect me from my car which was very kind. Once entering the actual Dentists room I explained my issues & they were really nice also.. So all in all this is a very good dentist - Thank you 🙏
