I rang today as I needed to make an appointment for a prescription of tablets. Unfortunately the only appointment they had was a week tomorrow, when I would be on holiday. The receptionist asked me to wait a moment and after a few minutes on hold, she was able to tell me that she had spoken to a doctor and the prescription would be available today. They are tablets I have had before so I am so super grateful for this receptionists help. Thank you!

Booked in to see a Dr. I have never felt so at ease. The Dr was absolutely 100% and I knew he understood everything I was saying about wat was wrong. Came away with a plan at last, regarding my ailment that has plagued me for years. Thank you Dr.

On my appointment for a prostate issue I was given the usual examination and advised with the help of diagrams that it was a matter of concern. The doctor arranged a rapid prostate pathway appointment with a consultant and after blood tests i ended up hospital due to complications from the prostate. I consider that the doctors professional approach and knowledge opened up the way for treatment to start early on my condition

I’m very happy to be with Abby Medical, they are always so helpful and polite. I have great faith in all of the staff. I understand the great strain they are under, but so far they seem to have time for everyone and everything! Well done Abby Medical,keep it up best as you can.

Excellent service and care. Your reception staff are always helpful and caring. The appointment system is second to none. I have received phone calls from GP's lately due to ongoing problems with bloods causing hospitalisation this year in the evening which is unknown to me previously. One of your go's has been incredibly caring, listening and actually solved the problem and monitoring the situation, so very grateful that I am fortunate enough to be one of your patients. Your service is indeed a lifeline within your community. Your staff always pick up the phone with enthusiasm and kindness. I have experienced nothing but excellence and a professional persona from you all. I would like to thank all of you sincerely for your exceptional service. I have had minor surgery at your practice and been to visit the GP’s and have to say your service is second to none. Your App is brilliant. Ordering monthly medication is made easy and there is never an issue with collecting that from the local pharmacy. I cannot fault you as a practice and feel very privileged to be one of you patients.

Reception staff are always polite and friendly. Very impressed with the availability of appointments. The nurses and doctors I have seen are empathatic and listen well.
