Received a call back. Staff always friendly and helpful. The appointment service is much improved now, morning and afternoon availability. Doctors and nurses are good and thorough. Thank you.

Rang for an appointment today,seen promptly,minimal wait.Polite professional GP, thorough history taking, examination,diagnosis and treatment provided.First class service on a day when the practice was likely under additional pressure from NHS strikes.Thank you.

I phoned yesterday and the person who answered the phone was exceptionally helpful and kind. She was able to get me an appointment through the 'Wellingborough Hub' (this was new to me) a system which worked perfectly. Thank you to everyone involved in this practice.

Receptionist was really helpful and looked at couple of options for me, very clear and explained best possible options. Then sent text to confirm. Anytime I’ve attended the surgery the doctors and all staff have been professional and very thorough. Thanks to all.

I was called today with my test results and the lady on the phone could not be more helpful. When I visit the practice or when talking on the phone, the staff are always friendly and always do their best to help. I joined from another practice and the service you provide is remarkable. Thank you everybody at Abbey Medical Practice.

After 5 weeks of persistent cough called the practice at 13.30. Same day appointment made 15.50. Saw Nurse Practitioner at 15.52. Prescribed antibiotics and collected from chemist16.12. Best service ever. All staff really helpful and positive. Well done

The receptionist are brilliant and really help full and friendly. I do feel sorry for them dealing with the general public whilst the GP’s hide in their office. The nurses are great as well and full of knowledge. I prefer to go to a nurse rather than the GP. The GP’s are very hit and miss. Although spoke to a female GP yesterday and she was brilliant. Took the time to listen and seemed to care.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide feedback on the service we provide. All the clinicians are here to look after our patients and the Patient Services Team are on hand for non-clinical assistance. We have a superb, highly skilled clinical team at the Practice and it may well be that our patients are directed to the right clinician to suit their clinical needs which may not be a GP. By undertaking this, it enables our GPs to see our patients with complex needs oppose to seeing those with a cough or a cold. I am delighted you spoke a GP who was able to help you and that you felt happy with the consultation.
