    Each time I’ve used the on- line submission facility I’ve had a speedy and positive response. E.g.: this morning I submitted one and received a reply in about an hour which answered my query - great service. My wife uses a different GP’s surgery- they don’t have the on-line consultation facility and the service they provide is very poor. Keep up the good work AMG!

    The doctor took the time to really listen to my concerns and to help me with my symptoms. I’ve since had a follow up and again the care has been great. I now have a plan after all the necessary referrals were made and feel supported on the right track

    I have been having appointments with one nurse who has been very helpful, caring, informative & professional. Today I saw her colleague who was just as helpful & caring. I feel better & have some peace of mind that I’m being cared for & will use some of the tips to look after myself better.

    I applied for a appointment on Thursday 26th October. I'm still waiting for a response today 1st November. I am not happy. I intend to phone the surgery even though I've been told you can't make appointments eccept on the website.

    I recently had a suspected mini stroke. I have been waiting for a scan and spoke to the gp today who is chasing this up for me. The staff and doctors here have so much empathy. They are brilliant I have had brilliant treatment for many years at this practice I can't praise them highly enough. They are amazing and truly care.

    Had arranged telephone appointment with Pharmacy team,arranged week before via receptionist. Spoke to lady,unfortunately can't remember her name,discussed the appropriate analgesia requirements for very painful knee,awaiting knee replacement operation,and she arranged for repeat prescriptions to be maintained.
