    I had a travel vaccination appointment with a nurse, at Highland Health Centre in July of this year. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all my questions and put my nerves at ease before the several jabs I had that day. It was a 5-star service. Many thanks from a grateful patient.

    I'm not happy with the comments that te receptionist left on my NHS notes, I am certainly not confused it was the conflicting information I received that I wanted to check and speak to the pharmacist who called me on the 27th I was told I couldn't have a face to face meeting, but I have foud out this is untrue Also on the note about my last blood results it state's that 4 Dr's informed me of the results this is also untrue if your going to write notes please make sure they are correct. I have spoken to the pharmacist about all of this in my last telephone call. Hopefully the information which is logged now will be correct. I look forward to you reply.

    Asthma nurse rang on time a good experience the nurse was efficient and pleasant as they always are. I was asked if I needed any meds which I did and arrived at the pharmacy in a couple days so all went well.

    Having spoken to the GP on a few occasions about my condition, I have been subsequently referred for blood tests, discussion with pharmacist and now a physio followed by referral for x-ray. So far,the support has been excellent. The only downside is the time it takes to get an initial appointment

    I am a paramedic suffering an ongoing ear infection. After speaking with paramedic I was made an appointment for face to face. I was seen and then she got the Gp to pop in for a second opinion and was then prescribed drops that have been miraculous

    Rang by a foreign locum doctor who obviously hadn’t read my notes before telling me he wasn’t able to help with a particular query and I would have to talk to my own doctor. Checked my online notes from that call - they were not accurate. Checked a couple of the other notes only to find other inaccuracies. Not impressed.

    I called the reception to seek appointment with GP, explaining my situation. I was promised that an associate will be in touch with me, as GP was not available. Later, an associate called me and asked me to visit her in the Glen Side surgery. Overall, experience was very satisfying. My prescription was also dealt with promptly.Many thanks.

    Primary care needs to be accessible- an e consult (2 day wait) with a call back 10 days later. Then upload a photo (wait a few days) and then a call back from a different GP who started a new consult, unaware of anything that had gone before Hopeless and not care!
