    The GP was very understanding and seemed to grasp the complexities of my health situation very quickly and gave me helpful, informative, appropriate advice.

    I was extremely impressed with how quickly my GP dealt with my concerns. After my GP arranged for me to have a chest X-ray I was seen the next day and received the results of my X-ray within a few hours.

    I had been worried about a number of health issues over the past months. Using the Patchs system, I was able to summarise my symptoms and communicate with the practice for an appointment. I was then able to select an appointment of my choice & convenience online. When I attended my appointment, the GP and I discussed my symptoms and came up with a plan for next steps. the GP is compassionate, very personable, clear and a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't be a patient anywhere else. Thank you to the whole team!

    Doctor was attentive. Gave medical and lifestyle advice. I found him to be Sympathetic and Reassuring. I had to book my appointment in advance and they called me two weeks before with a cancellation to see someone earlier. Left very happy with visit.

    I had an initial phone consultation, then as more symptoms became evident I requested a further phone consultation. That led quickly to an appointment where I was welcomed, didn't need to wait long, was quickly told about a further risk that meant another course of pills. All very prompt, clear and understandable explanations, friendly manner from all staff I met or spoke with.
