The doctor I saw was fantastic but unfortunately the surgery is useless sign in on the screen didn’t work people face to face is better and more welcoming technology doesn’t work in some settings. Also my elderly disabled in laws would have absolutely no idea what to do or be able to understand why are you forgetting about the older people or the mentally incapable it’s totally disgraceful that you are putting people in the same box.

The flu jab turned into a Covid jab and the location switched from Patford House to Beversbrook so the omens weren’t good. However, the actual experience was brilliant. We were allowed to park at the surgery, my wife is a blue badge holder, and we were ushered straight in for the vaccination. Flawless!

Nurse said my review could easily been done on the phone rather than f2f. Why was this not done thus saving a f2f appointment for someone who needs it. Secondly, despite my review being signed off I am still awaiting g clinical re iew for my standard repeats. My wife ran out of her BP pills 2 days ago and despite urgent airmid request her request is still not authorised

Beversbrook Medical Centre: Fast, efficient, friendly. No pain &/or discomfort when injected. Only minor criticism - difficult for parking.

Went for our COVID booster, expected chaos as the car park is very small. When we arrived there was a marshal who asked had I got a blue badge . As I had he ushered us into the car park and a member of staff escorted us into the surgery. My husband and I were dealt with very quickly and the nurse explained everything in detail including side effects. A very good experience.

Vaccination visit was very well organised right from the start. There were people arranging that the car park was used only by those mobility impaired, I was given time to sort out my wheelchair, asked to sanitise my hands and offered a mask. I was directed which way to go and was able to go straight to the room. The staff and volunteers were all pleasant and efficient giving me confidence in the site and all that was happening. The person running the computer was able to book me in for zhe ozher vaccine I require. I was asked to wait for 15 minutes before driving off and was able to do that in my car. The bollards were moved again for me to leave the car park. Thank you it was all very calm and I was distracted at the right point and did not feel the injection which was even better.

Always had a good experience when I go in person but very confusing/maddening trying to get it touch and make an appointment. You call them, they send you to a website, then an app, sometimes given phone appointments that you can hardly hear. Also don't appreciate routinely being given appointments in Beversbrook on the other side of town when I registered with Patford House. I know most of this is sign of the times rather than specific to this surgery but it does make you put off seeing a doctor, which may be the point.
