Attended the surgery yesterday for my Autumn Covid booster. Everything went to plan and the whole process was well organised. All of the staff involved were extremely welcoming and helpful.

I was called in for my covid booster. The pre info was good and on the day it was well organised. Friendly welcome from the car park team as well as the vaccinating staff. A good experience

Patford House is by far the best surgery I have used. They are attentive, supportive and proactive in thier approach to health.

I was welcomed on arrival and had process explained to me. I was given further information about what I might expect from having the jab and what I could do to relive any symptoms. I was thanked for coming and given a friendly farewell.

Was invited in for an appointment. Booked said appointment and received confirmation text. Arrived and waited only to be told that there was no appointment and (quite rudely and patronisingly) informed that it must have been my mistake. Didn't they were interested in me as a patient / person. It felt more like I was a nuisance. Would not recommend

The receptionist at Patford House was pleasant and helpful. I was sent to Beversbrook, luckily I had transport. I didn't feel that the doctor had any empathy, although he smiled throughout the appointment. Apart from asking the reason for the appointment I don't remember any questiones being asked. My physical health issues were answered after I asked several questions seeking clarification but my mental health issues were not addressed. Perhaps I did not make myself clear. I feel I wasted the time of the NHS.
