Doctors are easier to get hold of and get appointments with in the last 3 months or so. I have always had a good experience at Beversbrook Surgery.

The doctor I saw the other day was understanding and very honest with his answers to my questions which I loved. I had a thorough consultation where both of my concerns were listened to non-judgementally and he gave me a clear plan of action for how the diagnosis would be carried out.

The Doctor was fantastic he listened explained and was very helpful. I was examined to to find the issue. The nurse who took my blood was lovely and did a very good job

Great GP. Knew exactly what I was there to see her for. Took time to really chat with me about concerns I had. Receptionist could be a bit warmer and friendlier.

I cannot fault the Drs services they are thorough and kind and listen to concerns. I do have concerns with the reception staff and their discussions with patients of a delicate matter in the open reception. Twice ive experienced elderly patients getting upset with trying to communicate and not hearing them through the screen.

Having had not so great previous experience at this practice it was a pleasant surprise to see how much effort is going in to improve the patients experience the hard work is evident well done!

The appointment was on time and I felt as if my concerns were listened to. I received excellent advice. My only reservation is that it is sometimes difficult see the same doctor.
