    I had been worried about a number of health issues over the past months. Using the Patchs system, I was able to summarise my symptoms and communicate with the practice for an appointment. I was then able to select an appointment of my choice & convenience online. When I attended my appointment, the GP and I discussed my symptoms and came up with a plan for next steps. the GP is compassionate, very personable, clear and a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't be a patient anywhere else. Thank you to the whole team!

    Doctor was attentive. Gave medical and lifestyle advice. I found him to be Sympathetic and Reassuring. I had to book my appointment in advance and they called me two weeks before with a cancellation to see someone earlier. Left very happy with visit.

    I had an initial phone consultation, then as more symptoms became evident I requested a further phone consultation. That led quickly to an appointment where I was welcomed, didn't need to wait long, was quickly told about a further risk that meant another course of pills. All very prompt, clear and understandable explanations, friendly manner from all staff I met or spoke with.

    Anaemia wasn’t resolved at previous appointments with practice nurses, when iron tablets didn’t work for me. This time both concerns were addressed positively by the locum doctor - a. to book another blood test for anaemia check - b. an appointment made for a hospital check for a skin cancer. I was reassured on both counts that these concerns would be followed up and could be resolved in some way.

    I took my mum for an update appt after she'd had bloods taken. The doctor was lovely with her, very patient and explained everything thoroughly. My mum is 96!
