I was met by a member of the team at Beversbrook who was extremely impressive. She was most thorough regarding my non-serious condition and a helped with technical support regarding photos required. As a consequence my condition has now been referred to another medical practitioner in a very timely fashion.

Attended with back problems, nurse was very good at diagnosing the issue and prescribed medication as well as giving advice about exercises to assist recovery.

I used Patchs over the bank holiday weekend with the expectation that my message would get lost in the system. How wrong I was. I had received a message before 8am on the first working day with a link to book an appointment. I attended my appointment, which was a little late, but the doctor apologised. I was just grateful to have been seen so quickly. Necessary referral was made along with a follow up text. Thank you for your great service.

Had a routine review with a doctor which I was very happy with. However, I had to drive to Calne for the appointment. Why was I not offered an appointment at Sutton Benger?

The GP I have now seen several times is always thorough, has read my notes, listens, takes his time and always explains options. This time he explained what my symptoms indicated and prescribed antibiotics which are working and told me how soon I should feel better

Very pleasant nurse, made to feel at ease whilst being very professional and a credit to the NHS. Explained clearly the process of my treatment and the process of who does what after the results have been submitted to my gp.

Saw Dr church he was polite and courteous he listened to my issues and made me feel at ease, I have had all necessary tests and appointments lined up. I felt listened to and validated in my worries
