All the staff with whom I interacted were very friendly and helpful and I received a follow up appointment as promised. In addition my blood pressure was checked and a blood pressure diary issued as it was found to be high which was over and above the reason for my consultation. I would like to mention however that the parking situation and the consultation room being up stairs didn't help my blood pressure !

My appointment was less than a week from booking and my experience was very positive, friendly, efficient and informative and not at all rushed with a clear path towards what was required for treatment

I had some issues with my online repeat prescription & prescription review which was required. Sometimes navigating all the online processes can become quite cumbersome. It's just better to resolve across the phone & a Beversbrook staff member took action to contact me to resolve quickly & seamlessly. I am so grateful to her as I was getting embroiled in lots of different processes leading to dead ends. It's now all resolved & a plan forward is now clear & set out. Thank you so much! I am glad to be a patient at Beversbrook!

I walked into the surgery in the hope of making an appointment. The very helpful receptionist deemed my condition as fairly urgent and made me an appointment for 2 days later. I was more than happy with that and I received brilliant care from the nurse who forwarded details of my condition to the doctor whom I should hear from in due course. Excellent !

I will admit this visit was better than previous visits where I have been told that if you ignore the symptoms things will eventually get better but unfortunately I was told I was going to get a text or email with the detail to make my daughter an appointment to have her bloods take I still haven’t had it and it’s been 4 days later now the woman we seen said she doesn’t normally work in this practice so she went to ask reception on how todo it and she said they would send the information over so it wasn’t her fault the job had been followed though

Great service at the surgery, appointment on time. Doctor was Great, listened to me, didnt rush me , had a chat about the problem gave me a prescription he was extremely helpful.

Booking the appointment was great, I was at the surgery with a relative and, very surprisingly, when I asked the receptionist for an appointment for me the next day they actually booked one for me having identified a suitable time. This is the easiest booking experience I have had at Beversbrook for a very long time, I wish it was always this simple. Unfortunately when I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment the next day I then had to sit and wait for 35 minutes and coincidentally I was called in very shortly after I asked the receptionist what the delay was. What was so frustrating is that there was nobody with the medical professional I was waiting for. If they have things to do during the day besides see patients surely the receptionists shouldn't book them appointments for those times. If the staff member didn't have other, pre-booked commitments why was I kept waiting 35 minutes? This surgery is so frustrating.
