    It used to be getting an appointment meant waiting weeks. Whatever has been done has worked and the availability of appointments and the booking process, via the apps, is a vast improvement. Saying that the young doctor I saw could do with some social skills and not talk down to people like he did me.

    The whole experience was seamless and all staff were very friendly from the greeter to nurse giving the vaccinations.

    I arrived 30 minutes late for my Covid and Flu boosters. I was shown straight into a room where I was given my jabs which were given Painlessly. My apologies for lateness were accepted without any problem. I was in and out in record time. Well done the Practice

    I requested a GP appointment via Patchs and received an almost instant reply providing several appointment options, one of which was same day. I had a face to face appointment with a GP who was very kind and helpful. I also secured a review appointment in 4 weeks' time.

    The appointment was within 3 days of booking. The nurse I met was very informative and arranged all future appointments whilst I was with her and they pinged onto my phone. She was very thorough.

    The nurse was reassuring, knowledgeable and friendly. I’d recommend her, I normally have many issues trying to get into see a doctor or nurse so avoid going. However she was fantastic
