Had an appointment with one of the nurse at Beversbrook medical centre She was very friendly,soft spoken and assured me throughout even though it's a nervous procedure for most women but she made it worth coming to this appointment.Would greatly recommend them for their friendly and warmth service .

Arrived early, and was seen on time. The GP was helpful and was very patient with me on and in helping me the information that she required. Answered my questions patiently and kindly. All in all, I would say it was every good experience

I had an appointment with the Doctor for test results. The Doctor was very efficient and I felt very supported. There was a bit of a wait, but that is only because the Doctor takes time to explain your results and supports your needs. Thank you!

The sister was very proactive. She listened to me and then undertook the booked test plus what I had suggested. The receptionist was extremely professional and handled patient enquiries with understanding and gave professional advice and responses.

Asked for a general health check and the doctor asked me what I meant by that. The was no equipment to measure height or weight. General air of disinterest.

Had an appointment with GP to discuss ADHD symptoms, was given a form and told to self refer to right to choose, rang the reception team to check if that was correct, as I didn't think you could refer yourself, was told to go to the adhd website and contact them, who responded saying only a GP can refer you. Handed the form into reception but haven't heard anything further and unsure what's happening now, feel a bit let down
