    I have been really poorly over the past week or so, and managed to book a doctors appointment as I began to grow concerned. The doctor I was seen by, was extremely kind and dug out the problem very easily. I was immediately prescribed with an anti- biotic which over time made me feel completely better. The doctors are very helpful and thoughtful and I would 100% recommend.

    I have always had a good experience with this doctor, who has an excellent reassuring manner and gives helpful advice. I was seen on time and the waiting room was clean and pleasant.

    After a phone consultation and treatment which didn't appear to solve the problem an in person appointment was created. The doctor was thorough and kind and helpful..

    Appt with Nurse and got locum doctor. Which was a waste of both our time as still have to have a phone appt with another nurse to discuss matter further.

    Fiona is a very good listener. I would definitely recommend her. I described my current symptoms to her and she was very attentive (looked at me, not the computer screen) and gave me reassurance that my symptoms would settle down. Fiona assured me that if I was still worried in a few weeks time, she would be happy to see me again. Thank you very much Fiona.

    Dr. listened to my concers, explained everything that was going to be done, advised medication, if I still have conserns aftet the course of treatment then please go back for another check up & further investigations will be done. Overall I came away very happy with my appointment 🙂

    I recently submitted a pals request on beaverbrook system, easy to use, very prompt response from the practice..Dr appt within 2 days, friendly helpful Dr, informative and understanding. Followed up by prompt service from administration. Excellent service . Pleased with my whole experience.
