    Requested a doctor for a medical issue and got an appointment the following day. Doctor was lovely and knowledgeable. Services have definitely improved and keep on getting better.

    The consultation was on time and helpful. Because of the technical, medical terms used during the interview, it would’ve been helpful to have some written feedback that I could look up when back home. I mean that if I felt that I wasn’t wasting the doctors time, I would’ve liked to have written down the name of the medicine and the possible conditions it was to treat, so I could’ve looked up more details, online, when I was home. I didn’t ask, so that is no-fault to the doctor.

    I used the patchs system to get an appointment and couldn't fault the assistance I received, with a same day appointment. I was welcomed by polite, professional and friendly staff. I was made to feel welcome and safe, but importantly without judgement for the nature of the appointment I needed.

    I visited the practice asking for an appointment with a Doctor for a mole in my face the reception took note and said we will contact you after few hours I received a text message for the next day with the right Doctor and thenreceived a tel call to confirm that I can attend

    The doctor was polite and reassuring. He calmed some fears created at previous visits. He explained the medication and why it was important as well as giving clear instructions for the future.

    I was in immense pain, Doctor was fabulous, he explained what might be going wrong in my body. loved how he explained it through diagram. It was reassuring and calming.

    My experience was good and I received a satisfactory outcome ! However I find having to wait 2 or 3 week for an appointment a ridiculously long time to be expected to wait.
