    Today i asked to speak to someone else about a appointment change and the person who rang me back, could not have been more caring and understanding. Brilliant is not a big enough word to describe her. I have so much more faith in the practice after my experience today

    I was offered a range of appointment dates/times having completed the patches questions. Was seen on time and the Doctor was really supportive- listened to me, explained the condition, explored options with me. If felt participative, person centred and I left confident with the approach we agreed to. Thank you so much.

    On Friday 19 of April, I attended a follow up appointment at Beversbrook Medical Centre. I was seen by one of the wonderful ANPs. She was absolutely wonderful and caring and understanding of my concerns and did everything she could to ensure I received the appropriate level of care for my condition. She patietly listened to me, asked questions and gathered all necessary information. I am so thankful for her kind bedside manner during a stressful time. Her kindness was so very much appreciated

    I saw a dr about a shoulder issue in February 2024. Physio and an X-ray were arranged but the problem wasn’t helped. My case was taken up by another GP and after several system online messages this GP agreed to speak to another GP about having a cortisone injection. I thought I’d have to wait again for this but the appt came through within a few days (albeit at v short notice) and I’m now hoping for some relief. The system on line system works well and the people you message respond quickly which is all you hope for given the practices are under such pressure. I e been impressed twice this year

    Was given an urgent appointment after speaking with a lovely doctor on the same day urgent care service, The doctor I saw face to face was awful! Didn’t check any of my obs and told me nothing they can do, he doesn’t know much about my condition and went to prescribe me meds that would interfere with what I’m already on and I had to tell him myself I can’t take them so he left me in pain 😡 it’s never your regular doctor you get to see always someone new and for someone with a complex health condition i should be seeing someone who knows!
