    Had a appt with beversbrook she was very attentive from the start she actually made time to listen to me and didn’t feel I was wasting her time she gave me a good examination and sorted me out with the right medication I have no hesitation on recommending her to anyone she is a credit to the practice

    I visited yesterday to see one of the nurses. She was friendly and helpful. The nurse in question has already arranged for me to have an appointment with a doctor about my problem and set a hospital appointment in motion should it be necessary. The receptionist was also very helpful. I was very impressed with the visit.

    I had a 45 minute wait for an appointment. It was for a HRT review and I needed a prescription which I couldn’t get without the review. Had no choice but to wait. It really messed up my working day and made me very late to a meeting I was hosting. I also rushed to get there in time. It was a 12.15 appointment. How can the appointment get so behind. I also had to wait 6 weeks for this appointment. Understandable I was not happy. If this was being run like a business then it would not survive! Wrong way to treat customers. (Patients). When I signed in it said the time was delayed by 20 mins. In the end it was 45 mins.

    The GP was friendly, professional and helpful. This was a non-urgent appointment and I was able to book is using a link sent to me by reception, so that I could find a time suitable for me. The only issue was getting hold of reception, but the call back service is good and that worked eventually.

    Handled really well via receptionist, dispite the nature of the issue, redirected via Patchs portal, easy login and logical questions, pre appointment. Doctor was brilliant

    Dr very good but had nearly a 40 min wait only 2 other people there who came in after me and went in before me. Reception staff very impatient with elderly man who was hard of hearing and gossiping about patients and work
