    The doctor I saw was lovely. Takes so long to get an appointment though with any decent doctor though. Him and 1 other are the only good ones at the surgery.

    Left on hold for 40 mins only moving forward 1 position in the queue during that time. While still on the phone I decided it would be quicker to drive to the surgery. On arrival I was still on hold and there was no patiences at all present and the receptionist wasn't on the phone. The obvious call centre they use is a joke, you never get through !!! Utterly shocking !!!

    I saw the who nurse who reviewed my menopause medication. She was brilliant, perfect bedside manner, helpful, informative and very willing. Lovely lady!

    Sent message via app asking to review knee , able to ask for time after work, offered appointment 9 days later ( for non urgent Long term issue thats fine) . Options explained ,given steroid injection same appointment , not rushed when felt lightheaded , follow up options discussed . Kind , professional and efficient . Thanks

    I saw the nurse practitioner, who was sympathetic and empathetic. I was allowed time to talk through my on going symptoms, we talked about different treatments and the best way forward, leading to a treatment plan. The only let down is the appointment side of things. It's always a long faf trying to sort. Not being able to speak to someone to explain, and then having to wait over two weeks for an appointment When you are in so much pain. It takes away the human contact of caring.

    When ordering a repeat prescription I was told in the confirmation text by the anonymous GP that I needed a medication review and should make an appointment. I did this. On going to the appointment, the first question from the GP of the day was to ask why I was there. Not his fault; he was most helpful. But surely the system should flag up the appointment as a review? Who knows. Got my prescription which is all that matters.
