    Extremely friendly staff and fantastic gp that not only listened but genuinely came across as wanting the best for me. I was in a position where talking about my mental health issues were something I would avoid but now I'm feeling the need to continue my interactions with this practice

    I rang up in the morning for a sore throat, seen at 12:35, and in hospital for “repairs” by 15:00. Overnight stay and released the following day

    I found it difficult to understand the GP’s accent but I think he suggested some therapy I’m not sure.

    Effective treatment ….Whilst in acute metal distress , dreading going to the doctors . I can honestly say I have never felt so ‘seen and heard’ the practice now feels like a very, safe , calming environment and all the staff receptionists , doctors, nurse practitioners feel like they are championing my recovery it’s been such a relief

    Appointment arranged at short notice and seen by the doctor who prescribed antibiotics and steroids with a follow up appointment in two weeks time.

    I had an appt at Beversbrook last week. I am actually registered with a doctor at Patford House and would prefer to be seen at Patford House rather than Beversbrook but there are always very limited appointments at Patford House which is frustrating. My appt at Beversbrook was fine. Waiting time on screen said 6 min but I waited 20 mins. The doctor was friendly and seemed thorough. I was satisfied with the outcome of my visit, but I would still prefer to go to Patford House to see a doctor that I am familiar with.

    Used Patches to raise a concern which I found easy to do as I have used it several times. The practice texted me an appointment shortly afterwards. It was not an urgent issue so the appointment in a couple of weeks time was convenient. Doctor was very understanding, checked me over and reassured me that although further investigation is needed it was not urgent and there is nothing to worry about.

    Pleasant treatment from booking, and from reception on arrival. Nurse was friendly and listened carefully as to the symptoms. Treatment for ear infection recommended and is being tried. Given a hoped for outcome, but suggested criteria for return, if symptoms not clearly resolving. Overall, as my first visit to Beverbrook, a generally satisfactory experience.
