    Recently had an appointment at Beverbrooks. Was very efficient from beginning to end. Was seen in a reasonable time, sent several reminders of appointment with easy access to cancel the appointment if needed. The practice was clean, welcoming and the doctor was absolutely amazing. Very caring, explained procedures clearly and was extremely good with children. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

    With the time of year, flu jabs and Covid boosters are on the cards. The booking process was hassle-free and the set up at the surgery for patients coming in, waiting, being seen and leaving was perfectly streamlined. They did a brilliant job. Thank you for making something which can sometimes be awkward and time-consuming, really easy and stress -free.

    The appointment was quick and easy to make (unlike normally). The nurse practitioner who I saw was excellent and very understanding and my follow up appointment with a physiotherapist came through very quickly.

    From my initial contact, I had a phone appointment the same day and one agreed in person three days later. After that one I had a prescription which was at the pharmacy when I got there and a follow up appointment sorted and an x-ray booked at Great Western Hospital. Even that was quick, the car park said I was parked for 24 minutes.

    I got an appointment without any problem. The GP I saw took the time to listen and thoroughly explain the reasons I was having my particular symptoms and how to resolve them. I left the surgery feeling very happy abywhat my symptoms actually were. So glad I moved to this practice

    I’ve having my flu jab this morning, the process was well organised , since my arrival , I was directly accompanied to the vaccination room, the nurses were very friendly and professional, they administered me the vaccine in seconds, with clear information about it, and regarding the potential others vaccines suitable to my case. Thank you very much for your support and kindness 🌹

    I have visited for two appointments in two days with a GP and a nurse. I was very happy with both as they were welcoming, very helpful and put me at ease. I’m very grateful for the standard of care I received. Thank you.

    My wife and I received our flu jab today. Parking was allowed at the car park as my wife is a wheelchair user. The nurse could not have been more helpful
