    I had an appt at Beversbrook last week. I am actually registered with a doctor at Patford House and would prefer to be seen at Patford House rather than Beversbrook but there are always very limited appointments at Patford House which is frustrating. My appt at Beversbrook was fine. Waiting time on screen said 6 min but I waited 20 mins. The doctor was friendly and seemed thorough. I was satisfied with the outcome of my visit, but I would still prefer to go to Patford House to see a doctor that I am familiar with.

    Used Patches to raise a concern which I found easy to do as I have used it several times. The practice texted me an appointment shortly afterwards. It was not an urgent issue so the appointment in a couple of weeks time was convenient. Doctor was very understanding, checked me over and reassured me that although further investigation is needed it was not urgent and there is nothing to worry about.

    Pleasant treatment from booking, and from reception on arrival. Nurse was friendly and listened carefully as to the symptoms. Treatment for ear infection recommended and is being tried. Given a hoped for outcome, but suggested criteria for return, if symptoms not clearly resolving. Overall, as my first visit to Beverbrook, a generally satisfactory experience.

    Great service as usual Staff are a credit Easy to sign in Relaxed waiting room abiet awful music ! Dr was extremely friendly relaxed very caring & sympathetic and my problems were dealt with accordingly

    I had some concerning symptoms and used Systmonline to communicate with the surgery. Within 10 minutes I had a reply and an opportunity to book an appointment for the next day The doctor was clear and informative regarding my symptoms and next steps. The receptionist was helpful and the whole experience was all you could wish for.

    I was able to book an appointment easily without hanging on the phone in a long queue. Doctor was receptive to the matters I raised and was able to give me helpful guidance and a treatment plan.
