    No call back or no knowledge of appointment. Just no phone skills I didn't know anything about my last appointment till I got a reminder. I still have other issues to address.

    I always appreciate the service I receive from caring professionals, but Beversbrook MC have moved up a gear. My last two visits have been quite exceptional in terms of listening, caring, and understanding. Just the time spent, the concentration, genuine eye-contact, and the meaningful two-way discussion about treatment, was above and beyond. I feel that my healthcare is in good hands. Thank you.

    Reception was helpful and courteous, both on the phone and in person. Medical staff were prompt, professional and homely. When dealing with children, I am confident with this practice because the staff extended their level of care to that of a child which always leaves my children feeling safe and comfortable.

    I have emphysema and other ongoing declining health issues, which are being thoroughly investigated, now with some hope on the horizon to getting better in the near future. Cannot fault the doctors and staff, they have been truly amazing, as I can sometimes be a bit of an awkward patient! Best surgeries in Wiltshire in my humble opinion.

    I've been with beversbrook for yrs a great medical centre pleasant and friendly team. The only complaint I have is I wished it would not use the online appointment system. I've used it a few times and to be honest it's not that good and in the end you phone for an appointment.
