I have a repeat viral chest infection and associated cough. Phoned on Friday for appointment, was booked in on Tuesday to see a Sister at beversbrook. She was very thorough and asked questions to seek best solution. She then contacted doctors to discuss findings. Was booked for chest X-ray that afternoon at GWH and prescribed steroids to help with coughing fits. Waiting for results

Friendly, welcoming receptionist. Helpful, considerate GP. I felt my concerns were taken seriously in a non- judgmental way. I was made to feel comfortable and that I could talk freely. I often feel anxious in these situations but was made to feel at ease. I actually got an appointment quite quickly. Thank you

I attended for a medical review at beversbrook medical centre. The nurse/ doctor was excellent. Well presented, confidence inspiring and listened to my concerns. A resolution was arrived at and I left happy. It was a pleasant experience. The issue with Patford house, is that getting to see a doctor or nurse is very difficult and confusing. The online systems are clunky.

When the problem is urgent they will see you, I have always managed to get a same day appointment and have no complaints.

No doctors ever available, waiting times awful, nurses doing their best bless them but they aren’t doctors!

I was amazed that when I rang the surgery at lunchtime on 27th December that an hour later Igot an appointment at 3.45pm that day. I did not expect that especially over Christmas period. A great service. Thank you.
