Enquired about a PSA check. Within days was given an appointment with the doctor who because of age requested a full blood test which again was actioned within days. The results were amazingly swift and very comprehensive-available on the online service. To cap off this I received an email to state my medical records had been accessed and to confirm it was myself. Brilliant !!!!

I never feel like I’m being hurried at an appointment, they always give you time to explain and talk you through what they are doing and why. Everyone always seems so friendly as well

The Doctor saw me at my allocated time. My records were reviewed and explained to me. The Doctor listened to my concerns and explained what actions can be taken against them. My medication was reviewed and ordered accordingly. The doctor was very helpful and answered all my queries.
