    I had a great experience. The doctor was patient, understanding of my complex needs and took the time to talk through my medications I felt like a person and not a number

    Hello The doctor asked me to tell him the results of the medication I received. It didn't work for me, I still can't breathe well, and the pain still continues, and I think I have side effects from the drug, which is swelling in the eyes and redness in the eyelids. And now I am waiting for you to set the next Appointment. Thank you

    Terrible to get through to either by phone or online. I had an appointment and the outcome was terrible l am left waiting for someone to decide who is needs to prescribe medication GP or Hospital. The appointment was a total waste of my time. GP had not read my notes or the 2 hospital letters. I have been with this practice for over 25 years and I am sorry to say that if there was anyway of moving from this practice me and my whole would leave.

    This was for a prescription review and conducted by a doctor who was very good. He gave me his time and full attention and went through each item of my medication. I am very happy with the service I received thank you.

    I was able to get an appointment at short notice and was not kept waiting. The nurse who saw me was very professional and dealt with me in a very friendly way. I left most impressed.

    I found dealing with the practice on this occasion frustrating. Our appt was 9:30 and they were running 40 mins behind. There is nothing at all to do in the waiting room for small children and barely enough seats to cater for all waiting. Their timescales for requests like filling in a form are ridiculous at 30 days. I’ve previously been happy at the surgery but since covid I feel the experience has been significantly worse.

    Friendly welcome at reception and a very professional service by the Nurse. Well pleased. Will certainly be using this practice for the foreseeable future. The only problem is the limited car parking.

    All staff we encountered were very caring, patient and understanding with my 4 year old son. They made him feel at ease and made the visit fun for him even though the visit was for an unpleasant reason. Doctor was very informative for me and gave me easy to understand advice for follow up care.
