I was able to book an appointment easily without hanging on the phone in a long queue. Doctor was receptive to the matters I raised and was able to give me helpful guidance and a treatment plan.

Was able to have a telephone consultation and then a follow up face to face appointment four days after. Dr listened well and taken further steps to look into my concerns.

Appointment made within 2 weeks of request. Only waited 10 mins to see the medical practitioner. She was very polite and reassuring and put me at ease.

The Doctor was nice and patient was good with the baby, she took her time and made the baby more comfortable

Goid surgery. Clean, quiet and efficient. Was asked into apt pretty quickly. Good Dr who sat and genuinely listened to what I had to say.

I saw a very pleasant locum Doctor who was understanding but I felt that he rushed me and there were things that I forgot to ask I don’t think I’d choose to see him again

The doctor was very attentive and thoroughly checked my records. He rebooked a test which had been missed and the next day I had a phone call and was booked in again within the week. My prescription was ready to collect almost immediately. Great service
