    Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and was seen within minutes. Easy arrival procedure. Practice nurse was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful resolving my issues. Good practice.

    Appointment changed from Patford to Beversbrook at last minute.waited 45 minutes after my time but doctor and all staff brilliant. Def improvement from last visit

    The surgery staff are trsponsive and accommodating . Spreading the surgery load among various doctors in different surgeries is not bad but it means you don’t have continuity with just one doctor

    Had no problem with the doctor very helpful. However the issues you have at this practice the receptionist asking questions like what is wrong or your problem in front of public waiting room I think that is so unprofessional and extremely embarrassing.personally I think that is between the patient and personal doctor or nurse not the receptionist.I don’t think waiting over 3weeks for appointment is not acceptable.

    Disabled, parked in Car Park. Attendant made sure I had a seat while I waited. Greeted by lovely receptionist and then whisked into room where one of my doctors gave me the jab going through in depth I was suitable and healthy enough. Excellent experience

    Turned up for my COVID jab on my mobility scooter and straight away one of the guys there directing people where to go came over and after having a brief conversation about my mobility issues he took me straight in to wait in the waiting room. Hadn't been sat down long when I was called in. Everyone was happy and smiling. One of the best experiences I've had at the surgery.

    Very quick and thorough. The staff were very polite and courteous. The practice was clean and tidy. The only thing was there was no lock to see the time for having to wait /5 minutes before driving off.
