When I brought my daughter in for an appointment we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. We only had a short wait before our appointment. The nurse that then saw us was exceptionally kind and understanding.

I had an appointment on the 18 th October with a triage nurse. She was extremely thorough and I felt that she really cared about my ailments. She put me at ease and reassured me.

I have had some health issues recently which mean I have has to use the local GP services. So long as you utilise their communication systems ( call back or patches app) the response is fast and helpful. Both in my telephone conversations and face to face consultations with the three doctors I have spoken to their attitude has been knowledgeable empathic and supportive. They have ruled out the dire scenarios I was envisaging with appropriate tests and referred me for specialist care. They have even anticipated some of the tests the specialist will need and have ordered those to speed up my journey through the NHS miasma created by this government. I am very grateful to them.

Flu jab clinics was precisely organised and efficient. The doors opened on time, the queue was handled efficiently, polite greetings were offered and the jab was quick and completely pain-free.

Longish wait for GP appointment but with a bit of pre-prep managed to address main concerns. I do feel that patients & staff feel time pressures keenly.

I took my son to get his Covid booster on Saturday. We received a warm welcome and it was so well organised and efficient. We are so grateful that this wonderful service was provided at a weekend. So thankful to everyone who made this happen.

I attended with a knee injury, I’d been unable to walk for 6 days. Upon arrival I registered my attendance with 2 min until my appointment. I was told 2 people were ahead of me which was perfect as I could not sit as my leg had to kept dead straight and I could not get up from the chairs (no armrests) and found it painful to stand. After 25 mins I enquired how much longer I would have to wait as a patient had just been turned away for being 7 minutes late. I was told there were another 2 people ahead of me and it would be another 15/20 minutes. By now I was in agony. After 55 minutes of standing I was just about to leave when the nurse called me in to see her. The nurse was very apologetic and gave me a thorough exam, she found the problem and gave me the exact info that I needed, I cannot fault her service. I do however think that with the 2 receptionists that I questioned, they need to be trained in the personal story of EveryOne that visits them and how they can help, as they dismissed everyone that needed advice or their help.

Once in the Surgery, I couldn't fault the Nurse who administered the flu vaccine. Unfortunately, this year, although having an appointment time of 11:00am, I was in a queue with others and didn't get seen until 11:40am. I'm fit and able, but there were a lot of older people waiting in line having to stand for a long period, with an appointment time passed also.

Canceled one hour before appointment new appointment Tel no good for blood test or blood pressure no good for me as I am deaf.not happy.
