The wait time to get an appointment was nearly 6 weeks. And the system to get an appointment is difficult to navigate, either choosing you need emergency same day appointment (which you need to do online, before 8am to secure a space, no option for any other time of day). Or you accept next regular appointment way into the future. Unopn arrival they were running late. The waiting area is bland and unwelcoming. However the care received from the doctor was good.

Excellent experience with, what was for me, a new Doctor at the practice. Very polite and efficient and would thoroughly recommend him. As is the case nowadays, the surgery is overworked so it does take time to see a Doctor if the case isn’t urgent.

All was as it should be nothing more or less didn’t give me any thing other than an appointment to confirm my condition to allow me to see some one else to tell me what could be done .

Mass injections programme handled very well. As a disabled patient I was treated very sympathetically. Thank you everyone who gave up their Saturday to deal with so many of us.

Yesterday was just a Covid & flue inoculation but they were 20 minutes late on the appointment time. Staff were very pleasant.

I was contacted by the surgery for my flu jab and offered an appointment. On arrival, despite being disabled I was made to queue up for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes I was then told that I was not eligible for the jab. They pretty much accused me of trying to get the jab for free but when I tried to show them their invitation to me on electronic messaging on surgery app the connection was slow and they told me I had to go. They then sent me an invitation to leave this feedback expecting I had been offered a warm welcome and a professional service. I'm afraid that I got neither
