The doctor was very attentive and thoroughly checked my records. He rebooked a test which had been missed and the next day I had a phone call and was booked in again within the week. My prescription was ready to collect almost immediately. Great service

We got an emergency appointment for our one year old within 2 hours which was fab. The receptionist was helpful and caring. The doctor was somewhat helpful but was very standoffish and did not really answer the questions we had- such as my child’s worrying reaction to calpol. We did get support with an infection.

My appointment was on time. The doctor however wasn't entirely sure initially why I was there until he checked his screen and wasn't up to date with my prescriptions. The problem is of course that one almost never sees the same person so noone is really fully aware of the history etc and one has to spend time bringing them up to speed. The doctor I saw was very pleasant and understanding but clearly didn't know much about me.

I went to see the GP about something I was putting off because I was worried I’d be dismissed or told it was just anxiety as I have done in the past. I didn’t find this at all and was instead listened to and given a plan of action for testing straight away. This has made a big difference to me.

Saw the doctor for a shoulder injection he explained everything to me before doing the injection I asked him to look at the lump on my hand that he did and explained what it was then I asked him to take my blood pressure he did he never rushed me or refused to do any of the things I asked he was really nice was lovely to have a doctor who cares what he is doing and explained everything without rushing
