I was surprised of the speed of the appointment. I called at Patford and was given 2 appointments the same day and one the next. I saw the practioner and was given good attention to my problem and a further appointment was given within 7 working days. The practioner found my records easily when I mentioned that I thought I had a similar problem a few years ago .The only slight hitch I had was waiting time, but considering the care and attention I received well worth the wait. Well done.

I was invited to make an appointment to see a GP following an abnormal result from a sample I provided the previous Wednesday morning. The result came through on the online system on Sunday evening and I booked an appointment that evening. I was able to get an appointment early the following morning which was extremely efficient and very reassuring.

Gp was friendly and active listener. Satisfied with the service. Explained the options and treatment. Issues with prescription in pharmacy which was sorted very quickly by the prescription team.

After going on patches, I received an appointment later on that afternoon, and was seen promptly by the gp, who made a referral to a hospital

The doctor who conducted my appointment was new to me but nevertheless was very informed with regard to my various long term conditions. The actual reason for the appointment was reviewed by the doctor with care and attention together with reasonable sympathy.
