    People very helpful and friendly the lady I saw explained what she thought was the problem I was having, didn't have to wait too long in waiting room,

    Just received flu and COVID jabs with my husband. The staff and volunteers couldn’t have been more caring and reassuring especially to my husband. The whole experience was well organised, calm and most efficient. Thank you

    Had used Airmid message to chase up appointment. Reply in April was forwarded to another Dr as mine on leave. Went in surgery a couple of times to chase and eventually had to book appointment with original Dr when available to get an answer.

    Requested a simple prescription, was given information that was overly simple given the explanation of the issues provided in the online form. When this was explained, an appointment was then booked with no consultation on suitable timing so had to be cancelled. Rebooking the appointment resulted in a 6 week wait for what was a very simple (<5min) consultation for the prescription described in the original request. Admin staff should not 2nd-guess medical issues. In this instance it just wasted everyone’s time, but it could cause harm to others given the time delays involved with booking/rebooking appointments.

    After having a not so good experience with text communication that I think is very unprofessional on the practice part. I attended my face to face I feel that my faith has Been restored for now. The gp that dealt with my fears. Made me feel a little better

    I did have a long wait( around 6 weeks) for my appointment although when the day arrived I completely lost track of time and arrived 25mins late. I still attended, if nothing else to apologise profusely, and see if they were running behind. The 2 ladies on reception were extremely helpful and offered to send a message to see if I could still be seen. I was seen after the next patient and was very grateful. Thank you for a fab service

    The appointment came through quite quickly. The nurse practitioner I saw was very welcoming and put me at my ease. I felt she listened to me and was thorough in dealing with me. My only slight criticism would be that on arrival the receptionist did not make me feel welcome I felt quite dismissed.
