    This doctor surgery is terrible I had to wait for 45 mins to be seen and the receptionist was too lazy to help someone who is unsure on technology as they told us to sign in our selfs. I saw the doctor turn up late 5 mins after my appointment was due to start. And when I got into the see the doctor she brushed my problem off told me the wrong thing and I was out the door within 5 minutes. Every time I have to go to the doctors I always have a terrible experience

    The locum welcomed me in a friendly manner but it soon became apparent that she had not read my notes before I arrived, though she did know why her permanent GP colleagues wanted me to be seen face to face fairly quickly. My problems, both specific and general, were then discussed thoroughly and I was given reassuring feedback regarding a recent CT scan. One medication was reduced and I was given good advice on managing the main problem. While I would have preferred to see one of my regular doctors, I nevertheless left the practice feeling my problems had been taken seriously and had been properly addressed.

    Getting appointments is near impossible but when you finally get to see someone they are amazing professional and I felt very happy with the reassurance I received. Great at the care taken .
