    Staff were caring and supportive. I felt safe and understood. This was both the reception staff and the Doctor. My medical history was discussed and brought up to date. I was listened to with understanding and empathy. I feel as a new patient happy to go there with any problems I may have.

    The practice went through a very bad transition when it amalgamated with Patford House, but is definitely back on track!

    Getting an appointment was a nightmare, I was told to call at 8am for a same day appointment, after over 30 minutes on hold I was told that the only way to get a same day appointment was via the website going through a series of questions which you have to answer just right to be offered an appointment. When I finally got to see the Dr he was very nice and made me feel like I was being taken seriously. Unfortunately prior to this I had waited for 40 minutes after my appointment time. Halfway through when I asked the receptionist how much longer it might be all she could tell me was that I was next in the queue which wasn't at all helpful.

    Saw a nurse who was unable to prescribe anything, just used Google. Was told no treatment for Hayfever is available, having been told by a pharmacy to go to GP. Used Patches doctors own triage service and they arranged the appointment so surely if no treatment was available I should have been told at that point! Waste of both of our times Waited 40 minutes for my appointment. Got response next day.

    Staff were welcoming and the waiting time was minimal. The appointment time was short, and easily changed to a more convenient date.

    I was very pleased with the care I received today. Very friendly on reception and helped with a follow-up appointment. The GP was very thorough with his examination and treatment plan. All in all, a good experience. Thank you
