    I raised an issue via patches and received a telephone and face 2 face appt on the same day The Dr I saw took time to explain the situation, listened to how it was impacting me and was very empathetic. I have never received anything but good service from the practicem

    Following contacting NHS111, and being referred to a pharmacist for triage, I was advised to see a GP. I received an appointment on the same day, and referred to GWH for a next day x-Ray. Great service!

    I have received excellent service from doctors and nurses not only for myself but more importantly to the care my husband received especially from Dr who visited us twice at home offering reassurance that he would improve following hospital discharge. Information as to his condition was explained and measures put in place for hopefully improvement. Very supportive and caring

    I am aware of the pressure on the NHS including the doctors surgery, however I do not expect the state to be responsible for my care. Between myself and my doctor at Beversbrook It s me and my families responsibility to look after me and not blame the surgery for Government decisions, right or wrong, and a woke population blaming the NHS or every cough or cold is they get is wrong. Im very happy with my Doctor.

    During a period of illness I was carefully looked after by doctors and nurses. Each took a genuine interest and used technology to speak with specialists at the hospital. Brought my condition to a successful. Conclusion. This meant I was treated locally with no 50 mile round Trip. A model for the future NHS.

    Normally it takes days if you require a appointment I was on the phone over a week last year. And ended up going down to talk to the receptionist to get a appointment date and time
