    As usual, lovey caring and thorough staff. The nurse practitioner goes above and beyond. I am very grateful to have this service and can usually get an appointment. Thank you Beversbrook staff particularly the lady that saw me yesterday.

    After years of being a patient at Patford Hoyse surgery this was my first visit to Beversbrook Medical Centre. I was welcomed by very friendly receptionists and promptly seen at my appointment time. My appointment with the nurse was very thorough and I did not feel rushed in any way.

    The GPS are brilliant at this surgery - reception staff are a bit wooden - they need some people skills - a few are fabulous- some not so friendly - customer service skills training is needed

    I turned up at 10.20 for my 10.30 appointment with the nurse. I didn’t get to see her until 11.00. Another patient came in she was 10 mins late, after getting stuck behind a broken down lorry in Calne, I also got stuck behind this lorry for a short while. This poor lady was told she was too late and would have to have another appointment. It was so frustrating for her, knowing how difficult it is to get any appointments, let alone, the wait on the phone just to speak to someone. So she was 10 mins late for her appointment and I was 30 mins late getting into see the nurse, where is the fairness, and compassion !!!!

    Care from GP very professional once you have secured an appointment. Problem is, getting an appointment in the first place can be difficult.

    Now have NHS Ap easy to ask for ring back , problem discussed , blood test within a week , receptionist and Ella helpful polite and efficient - well done thanks Also ordered dressings on Ap for husband in chemist 2 days later - again quick and easy to use :)
