2 weeks to get the appointment and a 40 min wait when I get there. I arrived in plenty of time to a relatively empty surgery. I doubt there was more than 6 people waiting at anytime. I needed to leave to pick up my child and now have to rebook, another two weeks wait I suspect. I hope i have nothing serious.

So helpful, best practice I’ve been to! Actually felt heard by the doctor - they were willing to have an in-depth discussion, without feeling rushed. Was happy to discuss multiple things at one appointment and made me feel comfortable.

Amazing service from a senior nurse. Very thorough and caring. Fast tracked me and I had a hospital appointment come through within 5 minutes of leaving the surgery and only one week to wait for a hospital appointment.

The doctor asked quite a lot of questions and was Very thorough and spent time with me, the session did not seem rushed and listened to my answers.

Appointment was on time. Friendly, pleasant nurse who took a sample of blood for testing. Waiting room was empty when I left. Signing in option onscreen wasn't available today, which surprised me.

A few months ago I was very much considering leaving this practice but I can honestly say there seems to have been a huge change in the service and general approach of the staff and it is definitely on the way back to the good practice it used to be.

The staff in the practice are lovely and really helpful when you get to see them. However it is so difficult to get an appointment in any accessible way. If you need to be seen same day, only telephone spots are possible and you are given a 3-4 hour window which makes it really hard to work, drop kids, anything else really. Then to get a less urgent appt takes real effort. Long wait times for phone only to be told someone will send an appointment but no ability to easily negotiate time or day. The website does not make it clear how to get an appt - anyone with poor literacy, visual impairments, poor English or cognitive impairment would really struggle. It simply feels like barriers are being put in place to make it hard for patients to engage. I used to love this practice but now I feel really rejected and unclear. That said reception and clinical staff are all lovely and very professional.
