Once you finally get to see a GP or nurse practitioner / nurse they are all extremely helpful...just a shame it takes so long to get through or get an appointment...but once in cannot fault them.

I messaged the practice asking for an appointment with a suitable clinician. This as everybody asks for a GP when the superb ANP team are very capable and can prescribe. The same day I got the date and time of my appointment. I arrived and met with a lovely smiling receptionist I got booked in. Taken 2 minutes early I then had a delightful 20 minutes with a lovely ANP who provided the referral and additional medication. It was a lovely experience from beginning to end. Delightful GP practice and a super team.

We unertook a detailed review of my current medication, tested a sample, had my blood pressure checked,discussed my upcoming knee replacement op and ordered required medication. Very thorough and pleasantly done.

I was asked to attend my annual medication review. On arriving it was obvious that the person dealing with my review had no Understanding of the blood test results and therefore could not confirm next action. Instead I received a text from the health centre explaining that my dose will need to increase. This was not jus a waste of my time, but a waste of valuable NHS resource and explains why I had to wait 4 Weeks for the appointment to take place.

The GP I saw was very efficient and thorough. He recommend that I go to the Sane Day Emergency Unit today to ensure that I got further tests done.

Due to work commitments used system online to contact surgery at least a month in advance that I wanted to see a doctor.after numerous calls and long waits in a call queue they only told me I had an appointment 1 working day before
