When you get to see a doctor at Patford House Partnership you can’t fault their medical advice. What is infuriating is the back office support which let them down. Difficult to get appointments booked, their system of tel appointments is a joke with no set time for a call and if you miss their anonymous call you have to start the process all over again plus hassles of cancelling repeat prescriptions until you have a review which could take 2 months!

This surgery will leave you waiting on the phone for an hour trying to book an appointment or return their call. If you go into the surgery the receptionist team tell you they don't have access to the appointment diary. The staff are very nice but it's so difficult to book an appointment I'm considering leaving.

Good, clear diagnosis and suggested treatment. Appointment was handled efficiently using the ring back service. The appointment was the day after my call.

Had to have ears checked for wax before audiology review. I was waiting 35 minutes before going in to my appointment. The nurse was friendly and polite and seemed knowledgeable. She did not make me feel I was wasting her time. Overall a good experience.

Appointment was for joint problems. Nurse was friendly, empathetic and gave practical advice along with explanations. She followed up a medication query by checking with gp and sent a text later that day.

The practice quality of service deteriorated recently but have observed good efforts to regain it past quality service and feel confident that they are getting there. My recent appointment was great and truly pleasant doctor.

I found the reception staff friendly and polite and the doctor I saw was also friendly and polite and explained everything so that I understand

First gp I went to see was about my ibs. But I had also been kept mentioning my persistent cough I've had for about a year. He did not listen to my chest and recommended am asthma review (again) it was quite urgent as I said it was getting worse. The receptionist was slow and didn't book an appointment for me I waited 4 says before I received an appointment for 4 weeks time for an asthma review. I started to not be able to sleep cause I couldn't breathe I lost my appetite also. I rang 111 and booked an emergency appointment to see a gp. I didn't receive a call back in the first 3 hours so I went to the doctors and same receptionist was there and booked me my emergency appointment then. The gp I saw was very good he was in charge of the practice and he listened to my problem and gave me advice, antibiotics and booking a xray for me. That was the best doctors appointment I've had in a while. So although room for improvement I did get my great care in the end.
