    Great drs always have time for you and always listen to your concerns I’m so grateful for them , always listen when I’m worried about my son and always start medication asap

    My visit was ok. Friendly receptionist. Nurse was very professional and pleasant. The practice had put up a Christmas tree to get in the Christmas spirit.

    My sister is in such a bad way because of this practice. She has rheumatoid arthritis and started with a rash, leading to blisters. Phone call after phone call for an appointment. Told will refer to dermatology for assessment. Wait no try this come back and see us. Wait no appointments time and time again. Changed doctors sent straight through to dermatology but waiting list. Doctor was disgusted referral had not been done already. Now in excruciating pain, bleeding, multiple bold patches in her head where lost hair due to spreading. All because the practise has failed to refer instantly. Disgusting service!!!!! Dignity and health and well-veing does not matter here. Sat for hours on the phone.

    I understand alot of people give the reception a bad review however i find the reception team at bilborough and assarts farm such a delight! They are friendly and truly try to help. I understand there are limited appointments and with thousands of patients its not always easy to get one.

    They never answer the phone and I've had the call terminated on me multiple times after the phone was picked up for less than a second.

    Dear Patient So sorry you are experiencing difficulties getting through on the phone line, it is extremely busy, we recommend calling at quiet periods 2-5 if non urgent, unfortunately the feedback has come through as anonymous, I would like to speak further could you please leave your details at reception, so we can investigate into the times you were calling, Thank-you for your valid feedback we are always trying to improve the service of the phone lines, we have recently employed a further 2 additional staff members to join the busy phone lines in the hope to decrease the wait times at certain times of the day.     I have tried to call to make an appointment and was caller number one for 50 minutes!!! Had to give up in the end as at work! Absolutely disgusting that you can never get through or see a Doctor!!

    Dear Angela Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. Our phones lines are exceptionally busy, receiving in the region of 700 calls in a day. This means people are waiting in queues for longer than we would like. On top of this we have recently identified an issue with our phone lines, which is resulting in people being cut off after a long time on hold. Please be assured we are working to rectify this as quickly as we can.     i received a call at 5pm the night before asking me to attend the practice in the morning to collect my prescription for insulin. i arrive to collect it and my prescription couldn’t be found. i am asked to wait. after waiting almost 40 minutes i approach the counter to be told the prescription has to be reprinted and cannot be signed until the end of the day. i am not working from home the following days. i hardly use the nhs but having to do as i am pregnant. it really isn’t good enough.
