Very welcoming and friendly staff. Early appointment was fantastic as it allowed me to carry on with the rest of the day.

A lack of communication between surgery, myself and hospital. After being called by the doctor after a routine hrt check I was referred for a scan. I was then phoned by a cancer specialist from the hospital out of the blue. After the scan On 3rd April I asked for the results from the surgery (6th April) or that they were forwarded to the hospital. I was told to come back in a week. I attended a hospital apt on 11 April where they did not have the scan results. I then received a text saying the surgery had made a phone apt for 2 weeks time 24th April with the doctor to discuss results. I went into the surgery to say I didn’t need the phone apt as it was pointless and too late being after the hospital apts and could they just send the scan results to the hospital. They were unable to do that so I requested and now have a paper copy. I have a further hospital apt this Friday 14th for a hysteroscopy. It seems that despite me going into the surgery several times there has been no communication between surgery and hospital even though the original referral came from the surgery. What a waste of surgery resources as well as a worry for myself whilst I wait for tests and results.

The disappointment of not being able to get a face to face appt with a doctor, despite waiting outside at 8am this morning. My friend was desperate to be seen, but was only offered a phone consultation

From reception to consultation with a doctor I have been given excellent care, the nurses who do the bloods and monitoring of blood pressure have been excellent as well. Great care all round , much appreciated thank you

I have just moved to this area, I'm 65 with heart and cancer issues, but was unable to communicate with my doctor's and could not get to see a doctor in 5 years, this was in Folkestone, so you can imagine how happy I am to have a responsive surgery. Thank you.

Doctor was excellent and helped me so much. Though I was really anxious and tearful, she explained about my hormones and upped my dosages and made me feel so much better.

Serious uti. 111 said Ito get sample to doctor's which my wife did just after 8am, she also managed to explain to reception. Doctor phoned me that morning and sent prescription straight to chemist. Thank you all. Unfortunately ended up back in hospital a day or two later to be re catheterised.

Arrived at 7.50 for an 8.10 appointment. Still queuing at 8.10 to check in at reception when nurse came out to look for me. Electronic check in not working so everyone waiting in line.

Everything was very good. I got an appointment within a couple of days. On the day of my appointment I was seen very quickly, referred for further tests and that appointment has also come through.

Waited for a call all day. Then when back to the surgery at the end of the day , it appears I’d been forgotten. Disappointed and cross.
