    The staff were very helpful and supportive when I was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure. From the initial appt (for another matter), to getting test results and being prescribed the medication I needed I couldn’t have asked for a more efficient service. Thank you

    2x phone calls requesting a response to an email from consultant requesting a referral for a 2nd opinion. Email from consultant sent on 4/3 . Still waiting for a response… requested a phone call both times .. nil response. I don’t know how to get any information from this practice. Receptionist advised they are busy !! The problem regarding this email has been ongoing for 3 years. How long do I have to wait for the practice to make the referral? How long before someone answers the phone to me ? How long before someone responds to my request to contact me . Very disappointed the lack of response and respect.

    Service from receptionist always happy as are the nurses. As yet I haven’t had the need to see a doctor since joining the practice

    I did an e consult regarding my problems I am having with my ears. No one has contacted me. I would like an apt to have my ears swabbed again as I still feel as though I have an ear infection

    Had an issue with my meds which the pharmacist said was due to the surgery. I emailed the prescription clerk to enquire and within 10 mins they had replied to confirm all items had been approved. I went back to the pharmacy and they found the missing items. Impressed with the speed and effectiveness the prescription clerk showed

    Although 13th in queue managed to get an appointment, pleasant reception staff and a lovely doctor who even called in a colleague to confirm her diagnosis, reminded me of how doctors surgeries used to be ?

    I work so I find it hard to ring at 8am ,so was advised to do an E-Consult , to be honest I had to my keep amending my answers as it kept coming up that I had to to ring the surgery to see a doctor - catch 22!! In the end I had to give answers that allowed me to then have a date that a doctor would ring me for a telephone consultation!! I feel a little let down by the whole system especially as I cannot remember the last time I had to see a doctor and felt penalised because I work !!

    The Nursing Assistant I saw was helpful and patient-focused but the notes she was working from left her unclear as to what procedure she was supposed to be carrying out. This confusion was ultimately resolved but would not have happened if practice records were properly maintained.
