my partner has significant chronic health conditions and currently a cluster of symptoms following covid in january, the triage by the pharmacist was excellent, he was will to list of symptoms, all of them significant, and collectively give a clearer for diagnosis, we both feel we are making progress, and do not have to resort to the default of accident & emergency

I phoned surgery at 5 o'clock to report blood pressure monitor was registering 200 over 120, could there ba fault with monitor? If not, what should i do ? Receptionist said she would speak to a clinician and phone me back. Hour later no response so I phoned again, told they couldnt speak to clinician and that it might be best to phone 111. Great!!

Well i adked for aregerral yo Bebenden Health care as my NHS appointment is going to be at least a year? I also asked for a copy of the referral to be sent to me, if the referral was made i have no idea as no copy of that referral has arrived in the post for meas was promised.

I had a random txt message to say a doctor would contact me re a review on my prescription- I never made an appointment and on the doctor calling me she asked how she could help - but I didn’t need a call and it was a total waste of time!!! The doctor firstly called my mobile then home then mobile again (which I managed to answer but I was at work) she wasn’t happy I hadn’t answered in the first instance and said she was very busy - in fact she was very rude to my husband who answered the home phone. No wonder patients have to wait so long for appointments and calls when they are wasted. Just found the whole thing very strange and a total waste of everyone’s time!

Felt like the GP did not show any interest in my problem. I felt dismissed after 3 minutes. Doctor did not want to examine me and just dictated a letter of referral. Had waited for many weeks for a suitable appointment for skin cancer and have now had to go to to a private doctor/consultant yet again. I hope the service will improve as feel very let down

The cleaniness of the surgery,appointment was on time so no long waiting and how nice co-operative the nurse was and was very lovely

It just worked as it should Easy to book blood test on line, the appointment was on time and performed professionally. Hopefully all services would perform similarly.

For me most of the Receptionists are a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. I’ve had a recent telephone appointment with my doctor and will follow his advice to cope with my particular problem and look forward to a calmer existence.knowing I’m in the system and can get advice is helping.

How nice the staff are to me . I have only recently joined your surgery and find it pleasant. Had my B12 injection which was done smoothly and without pain which made me feel happy.
