The process to get an appointment was a bit arduous but I had a call with a doctor who listened, made sure that my symptoms weren’t anything else by ordering a blood test then called to discuss next steps.

Came in for blood test appointment lovely nurse ever so friendly welcoming and confident. Its nice to meet friendly smiling faces when one has to attend for Gp appointments. We know how hard to work and still have smile on. Any question i asked it was answered. Am very thankful.

Despite sometimes having to wait, I cannot fault how I've been dealt with by everyone whom I've seen. A big thank you to them for their help.

Bar one occasion, I've always had great care from Burnham Health centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. Reception staff are always polite.

I completed a form online for a telephone appointment about an eczema flare up. They phoned very promptly, and after checking that I could come on, invited me in to examine me in person. Very prompt service and helpful.

I have managed to circumnavigate the system. However it's far from perfect . Today was excellent using the new triage system. 2 weeks ago we were distraught that no one could help. Receptionist did not understand the situation and a great local chemist came to the rescue. If the practice improves significantly I would recommend. Currently no.

Got referred for a call back by NHS Ask First app. Doctor called me after an hour, and booked an appointment for me within half an hour. He saw me inmediately after arrival and provided excellent care. Overall, a most satisfactory experience.

Rang first thing in the morning for a telephone appointment luckily managed to get one as sometimes it’s difficult online The Doctor rang me at the allotted time given He was excellent as always

Unable to get an appointment over the phone but used the app and provided my symptoms and got a call back with in an hour which was great as I was in so much pain and they sent a prescription directly to my chemist.

Nurse was really lovely and put me at ease straight away! Great duty of care and comfort throughout whole appointment, it's my first appointment at this practise and already they have been amazing.
