Receptionist informed me that the nurse I was supposed to see had rung in sick but she promptly rang another nurse to fit me in and I was seen on time, thank you

Attend for a vaccination for Shingles yesterday Seen within 3 minutes of arrival The procedure was explained fully and possible side effects were discussed The actual injection was painless. The health professional was professional throughout the procedure A very positive experience

Never had any problems with this practice and have always managed to get a timely appointment. The diabetic nurses and phlebotomists are lovely and very understanding

The experience I have with my midwife & a particular nurse recently is brilliant. There is only 1 "ninja nurse" who is able to get my bloods (difficult veins) so it just makes the journey run alot more smoothly with the dynamic duo & a common sense approach.
