Seen GP for tiredness, bloods were done which found my B12 to be low, prescription was done and nurse who gave me injections, rebooked me for next one and was very pleasant and kind. overall great service

One member of staff in reception has been amazing, whether it's face to face or over the phone. She has dealt with my query promptly, efficiently and quickly resolving the situation of my newborn baby who was suffering from colic, reflux then discovered he requires milk with lactose free. Throughout the process of making my first point of phone call to the surgery, to arranging appointments and ordering my baby's milk, she has dealt with my request for the past few weeks and thanks to her my newborn baby is on the right milk and doesn't suffer from having symptoms such as colic, reflux, vomiting, diarrhea and other symptoms. She is definitely an asset to the company, with her customer service skills, mannerism, her friendliness, approach towards patients, helping, understanding and dealing with patients concerns and requests. She has a positive attitude and always smiling. She goes out of her way to help patients. The surgery needs more staff like her. I and my family have been a patient in this surgery for many years and I must say she is the only person who genuinely cared to help and shows that she enjoys her work. I have had sleepless nights not knowing what was wrong with my son as he wasn't on the right milk. Every time I contacted the surgery, she resolved my problem and now the end result is all thanks to her. Thank you, keep up the good work. You're amazing.

Reception staff have been amazing i had a lil break down as i was late for my much needed appointment and was worried i had lost my chance they rescheduled my appointment to suit me and helped me calm down..thank you reception for your hard work and showing that you actually care.Good work

I’ve got chronic neck pain that is keeping me off work,took me 1 hour of pressing redial to get through ,and since then i’ve now been on hold for 50 minutes ,shocking service

Yes this gp has long wait times, but as does the rest of the uk since Covid set us all back, however when speaking with reception and the lovely nurse they did their best to address my anxieties and offer alternative solutions, they did not rush me at all and gave me the time to speak and sometimes that's all we want is to be heard. The Doctor himself again didn't rush me and agreed to offer me a Xray when I mentioned it would help me feel better just knowing that I've checked. Overall I am very happy with the service I received today and the reception and nurse need all the recognition they can get as they were superb today, can't be easy dealing with people like me everyday.
