I was assigned to the Physo nurse. She told me what to do for the cramps in my keg, and she even gave me a few exercises to do.I have a very painful finger, which I cannot bend very well,she also advise me on the exercises which might help my finger. Altogether, she was helpful and friendly.

I needed an emergency appt as I had had a fall the evening before. The surgery arranged for me to see a doctor within the hour. Then to a nurse who cleansed the area and then plastered it. 4 days later I saw another practice nurse who dressed the arm, and arranged for a further appointment.

After being with the Chatfield Practice for many years & my serious ongoing health issues being attended to quickly & so professional in every way, I have always experienced great care & I am in no doubt that they have & are prolonging my life , massive thank you to all at the Chatfield medical centre over the last many years .

Firstly I would like to thank all staff at chatfield medical centre! Always welcoming and ready to do their job. Everytime I attend the surgery no delays or setbacks. All doctors there are ready to listen & advice. I've noticed all are very presentable! Rooms are spotless and so is the waiting room. I've been a patient going way back from the beginning of the eighties and will never change. My last experience was smooth and peaceful. The nurse was on time as usual . All what was needed was set out and ready. I was out of there within 10 mins. Just perfect.

Checking in on the waiting room screen was easy, I was seen promptly, greeted in a friendly manner and treated professionally throughout. Process of referral and follow-up was explained clearly. Staff on reception were also very pleasant, helpful and efficient.

I got a same day appointment on Tuesday & have had daily appointments since. I've had text chrck-ins & a call. I've had tests and have felt really well cared for & treated with care and conpassion. I'm feeling very grateful for my surgery & the amazing, hardworking staff & for the NHS.
