Had to visit practice quite a few time in the last 4/5 weeks, always find the reception is pleasant and helpful. Most of the time get seen within appointment time. Regards the doctors I've seen, always leaves me satisfied and reasured

The practice had just introduced a new appointments system when I became ill. All the staff I met in person I met in person or talked to on the phone showed great care and professionalism. Caring by all the staff has continued from start to finish.

So easy to get to see a doctor, always happy faces from the doctors, and reception. Alway leave the surgery feeling they have looked after me. I'm nearly 80 so it's important they give the right advice

I was experiencing severe pain. I telephoned the surgery the same day & received an emergency appointment. The receptionist was very efficient & when I came to the surgery the dr was very accommodating. I registered the nominated chemist on the NHS app & when I got there I received my medication within 10 minutes. Great service

I rang at 8 am and asked for an appointment for today. After giving brief details of my condition the receptionist offered me an appointment for 8:30. It was a bit of a rush but as I live close to surgery I was happy to accept it. The Gp was both receptive and empathetic and I left feeling I had received professional kind help.

We managed to get an appointment late in the day for my 7 year old who had become quite poorly with tonsillitis. Great service and much appreciated.

Called in surgery in morning to explain my problem and was given an appointment for the afternoon. That was excellent,the only problem was I was not seen until 40 minutes after my appointment. The doctor apologised and I was very satisfied with my consultation.

Receptionist was exceptional and got me an urgent appt. Saw the doctor 3hrs later and she listened to everything I had to say and was very understanding. Waiting for next step now.

The team at Cheadle Medical Practice cared for our elderly frail father during the last few weeks of his life allowing him to fulfill his wish of dying peacefully at home His Gp and the paramedics cared for him with kindness and professionalism and the reception team were helpful and efficient The team visited him at home willingly whenever needed and the telephone was answered promptly (this seems to have improved enormously in recent times)
