I'm grateful to have an appointment to see this doctor for the first time. I told him about my situation he was considerate and understanding. As I felt comfortable in opening up telling him about my problems. I highly recommend him.

Following a phone consultation with Dr C today, I feel like he has listened to my concerns. He asked lots of questions and was genuinely interested in helping me. I hear about bad GPs all the time but I'm happy to say that this has not been my experience.

  7. Review titled Good Response

Rated 4 stars out of 5

The online appointment booking system is bit clunky and those with limited access can be cumbersome. Appointment was bit late but doctor spent good time in assessing my symptoms and offered next suitable treatment. This could be improved if the doctors offer follow up to have continuity with same doctor. Overall this was first face to face appointment with doctor makes bug difference. The surgery can have an open day for walk in clinic once a month this can be for simple symptoms if patients has complex issues then should guided to book appointment. The pharmacy can also be supportive to ease pressure on the surgery and they should be able to prescribe simple medication. The reception area could be more open and friendly. Provide free WiFi.

Dear Patient, Thank you for your detailed and constructive feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and offer suggestions for improvement. We acknowledge your comments regarding the online appointment booking system and understand it can be cumbersome, particularly for those with limited access. We will share these comments with the service provider, pushing for patient friendly changes to ensue. We apologise for the delay in your appointment. We are pleased to hear that the doctor spent ample time assessing your symptoms and providing appropriate treatment. Your suggestion for follow-up appointments with the same doctor to ensure continuity of care is valuable. We appreciate your suggestion for an open, walk-in clinic once a month for simple symptoms. The feasibility and practicality of this is something to consider. We are also looking into how we can strengthen our collaboration with local pharmacies to ease pressure on the practice. We will review the reception area to ensure it is welcoming and friendly. We also acknowledge your request for free Wi-Fi. Patients should have access to "NHS Public" - which grants access to Wi-Fi We are glad to hear that your first face-to-face appointment made a significant difference. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services and patient experience. M. Stephenson Business Manager

  8. Review titled Awful practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

by carol owen - Posted on 15 January 2025

I contacted them today as I have had stomach pains and diarrhoea for the last 6 weeks. The current NHS ad says if this has gone on for a few weeks you should see a GP. I have been denied an appointment and told to ring 111. The ad is a complete joke as apparently I am not allowed to see a GP. Appalling.

Had a prostrate check by one of the doctors. The doctor was engaging and put my mind at rest. He also helped with targeting me to see a specialist regarding an injury I received to my ankle.

My doctor was incredibly helpful and thorough in suggesting next steps to help manage the outcome of my blood test. He listened and was very friendly and easy to chat to. I’ve found it much easier to get appointments since the introduction of the e consult form.
