I came in for a blood test. The nurse that took my blood was very pleasant and was helpful in what I asked her.

I arrived early for a blood test and I was seen before my appointed time. The phlebotomist was both pleasant and efficient.

I had experienced (using a locally purchased Bloody Pressure monitor) what I believed to be high readings as shown on the monitor. My visit was to share my concerns and seek medical advice.

Went in to give blood, had to wait about 10 minutes but it was straight forward and when given blood was out of the surgery

The times are ideal for people who don’t want to take time off work if their appointments are middle morning or afternoon my time was 07-10am and was perfect for me the staff were friendly and efficient thanks

Went for a blood test. They are always on time and very pleasant. Also did an HRT review and was surprised to get a text acknowledgment almost immediately.

I found the whole experience to be relaxed as the receptionists were helpful. I logged in when i arrived but it didnt tell which waiting room to sit in hence the reason i needed to speak to a receptionist who directed me to the right waiting room. The health practitioner was running a bit late, but the 4 of us who were waiting , had a nice chat and that was pleasant. When i went in for my appointment, the lady apologised for the delay, but i said these things happen and it wasnt a major problem. We had been kept informed whilst in the waiting room. My appointment was very calm and i did not feel i was being rushed. Another appt was made for another follow up reading.
