Very good doctors, helpful and explain what is going on and give their recommendations to you, only problem is getting to see one!!!!

No problems with the staff or the service . But we registered with blaydon walk in doctors as it was nearby and convenient . Crawcrook would be impossible for us to get to without a car

Dear Patient Thank you for your response. Unfortunately we are unable to hold the Covid clinics at all local practices. Other sites which may be nearer for you can be found on the National Booking System. Invitations for those who qualify for the Spring Booster will be sent out soon. I went for my Covid jab and was offered the flu jab at the same time which was handy for me. The practice was busy but the staff were friendly and very efficient. I was made to feel at ease and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. I was very impressed at how smooth the service was considering the number of patients attending.

The staff here are always helpful and friendly, even though I know they are extremely busy. The recent vaccination session was very efficient with little waiting time. The fact it was on a Saturday was very useful as well.

Seemless process checking in and receiving Covid booster all within 5 minutes or so. I’m and out before official appointment time.

Turned up a bit early for my Covid booster. Filled in relevant forms and directed straight to waiting staff for booster, all in all I was home before the time of my appointment well done to all staff at Crawcrook surgery.

I was seen promptly at the planned appointment time for the Covid booster jab. The staff conformed the jab would be Pfizer checked for any potential side effects before giving booster efficiently and professionally but in a very personable manner.
